In your new job, everything revolves around the areas of general administration, invoices, wage bills and staff management Here you act as a reliable contact for our employees around all personnel topics and serve our customers As a timer, you control and hand over the working hours to be billed (including the ATOSS software) and thus, in close cooperation with the central HR team, take care of their punctual billing In the area of Faktura, your field of responsibility lies in the order feedback and invoice creation in the last instance via AS400, as well as in subsequent work regarding corrections to be initiated and the provision of services to our accounting team In the field of personnel management, you are responsible for all work relating to new arrivals and exits of employees - in close cooperation with your supervisor, ensure that all necessary data and documents are available to our HR team General administrative activities such as master data maintenance, evaluations and statistics, accident advertisements and damage reports complete your exciting task

You have successfully completed your professional training or successfully completed a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring professional experience in comparable functions, like in the disposal industry Your good computer skills (required would be experience with AS400 and ATOSS) are just as good as a reliable and careful operation Personally you score with your high service orientation, flexibility and friendly appearance
