Director of F&B (m/f/d)

As Director of F&B, you take responsibility for our R&B outlets - the DOX Restaurant & Bar, Banquet, Roomservice and Café D. You report directly to our General Manager Daniela and are supported by an Assistant F&B Manager*in and the outlet managers.

Your mission: As a driving force behind our F&B outlets, you ensure that service quality and guest satisfaction are at the highest level at all times. You lead our teams with passion and professionalism and combine operational excellence with visionary thinking to continuously develop our offers.

Your tasks: Responsibility for the efficient management of all R&B Service departments according to our standard

Ensuring highest service quality and professional handling of guest wishes and feedback

Analysis of employee surveys (Pulse Survey) and derivation of further development measures

Control of monthly beverage and regular equipment inventory in cooperation with the purchase and outlets

Creation, monitoring and optimization of the annual budget as well as cost control and impact of the forecast

recruitment, selection and recruitment of R&B employees in coordination with HR and General Management

Implementation of employee talks, performance assessments and promotion of sustainable development

Identification of training needs, carrying out own training and promotion of department training

Market analysis and observation of trends to further develop our offers

Head of regular R&B meetings to coordinate and develop departments

Multiannual leadership experience in food & beverage, ideal in an international environment

Embossed leadership and communication strength with a high degree of empathy

Analytical thinking and business know-how

Passion for gastronomy, innovation and guest satisfaction

Very good knowledge of German and English
