Strategic and operational management of the Debitor Accounting team and sustainable professional and disciplinary development of employees Total responsibility for quality, dates, efficiency and governance of debitor accounting including receivable management, payment inputs, credit risks, dunning and escalation Total responsibility for debitoral contributions to monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, as well as the management of complex financial statements, valuation and voting Design and monitoring of legal, tax and internal compliance requirements including proper accounting, CMS, Code of Conduct and IKS Strategic development of order-to-cash end-to-end processes as well as control of cross-area optimization, standardization and automation initiatives Sovereign Representation of Debitor Accounting with Management, Departments, Customers, Auditors, Debitor Service Providers and Other External Partners

completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in financial and accounting or accounting; alternatively completed economic studies focusing on financial and accounting Multiannual professional experience in debitor accounting, receivable management or financial and accounting as well as very good knowledge of order-to-cash end-to-end processes from order to invoice and payment receipt to receivable compensation Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership or coordination of a team Very good user and process knowledge in ERP and financial accounting systems as well as sound knowledge of digital workflows, automated payment input processing, reminding processes and interface solutions
