Controller – Purchasing, Sales and Corporate Controlling (m/f/d)

Your role in us As a controller, you play a key role in the economic management of our company. You connect purchasing, sales and business controlling to an integrated control system and provide sound basis for decision-making for management, sales and purchasing. You work closely with the Head of Finance and the departments and actively develop our controlling – from analysis to strategic derivation.

Your tasks in detail: Corporate and Financial Controlling Construction, development and maintenance of a holistic controlling and reporting structure Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual evaluations including management reports Budgeting, forecasting and multiannual planning Target-actual analyses, deviation analyses and derivation of recommendations for action Liquidity planning including short- and medium-term forecasts Support for monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with financial accounting Sales control Analysis of sales, cover contributions, margins and customer structures Evaluation of sales measures, pricing structures and conditions Support for sales control by transparent KPI models Development of decision bases for assortments, customers and sales channels Purchase control Analysis of purchase prices, price developments and supplier structures Stock controlling including stock codes and capital retention Economic accounts for purchasing and assortment decisions Support for make-or-buy and supplier decisions Structures, systems and transparency Construction and maintenance of KPI dashboards and decision reporting Development of the data base in the ERP system Ensuring high data quality and traceability Close cooperation with purchasing, sales and management

Subject Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally with interfaces to purchasing and sales Very safe knowledge in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot, evaluation logics) Experience in handling ERP systems as well as reporting and analysis functions Very good understanding of business relationships and key figures Knowledge in DATEV is desirable, but no requirement Personal Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking High numerical affinity and at the same time look for the whole Ability to make complex facts understandable Independent, solution-oriented operation Communication strength in exchange with departments and executives
