Support in the introduction and further development of IAM solutions (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID) Participation in the design and optimization of IAM structures, e.g. in lifecycle management, commissioning processes and self-service portals Analysis and gradual digitization of authorization processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) Participation in the implementation and operation of roll-based authorization concepts Supporting the management and further development of interfaces for connecting target and third-party systems Function as a contact person (m/w/d) for specialist departments in matters relating to authorizations as well as close cooperation with IT operation, information security, HR and other fields of expertise

Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics or comparable IT training with relevant professional practice Practical experience with directory services as well as sound knowledge in the area of identity & access management (IAM) and in common IDM tools or the willingness to acquire this knowledge Interest in IT security issues (ideally with a detectable focus in this area), modern IT architectures (on-premise and cloud) and their interaction, regulatory requirements and safety standards (e.g. KRITIS, NIS2, ISO 27001) and their practical implementation Basic understanding of relevant protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect Basic knowledge of script-based automation of tasks (e.g. Powershell, Python, SQL) Motivation to work into new technologies, safety requirements and legal frameworks
