Technical Property Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

With its subsidiaries, Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG is one of the major real estate companies in Germany and is a traditional Munich company with the real estate and development business segments. Ensuring operator obligations by complying with the statutory requirements for building operation Detection and assessment of the building condition as well as existing damage due to regular object visits Ensuring complete and current technical object documents Planning, budgeting, control and acceptance of all necessary maintenance and repair measures Control of external service providers such as planners and experts and specialist companies Close cooperation with asset management, vehicle property management, rental and project development

Professional experience in technical object care or in a comparable activity Completed studies in the field of building technology, civil engineering or building management, alternatively completed technical training with corresponding further training Knowledge of construction and building technology, in particular in refurbishment Experience with tendering and awarding and the handling of construction measures Team-oriented and structured working and binding occurrence Impressed problem-solving and communication skills with simultaneous hands-on mentality Routined handling of MS Office 365 Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
