As Head of Project Operations Energy Storage, you report directly to the management, run a team in the field of projects and engineering and continue to build this. You take over technical project responsibility and monitor system design, network connection and implementation and ensure quality. In project development, you will ensure efficient technical planning processes and accompany the project implementation in close coordination with sales and management. The standardization and scaling as well as the construction of scalable processes, documentation standards and system modules for the efficient implementation of a growing project pipeline are also your tasks. You are responsible for the network connection and the technical clarification of questions, as well as support for network connections, plant certifications and standards (VDE-AR-N 4110). Furthermore, interface management and close coordination with external partners, network operators, customers and internal teams (sales, product development, operations) are part of your responsibility. You work with the development of strategies and help shape the operational roadmap with the management.

Complete studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience in the project execution of technical energy projects and multiannual leadership responsibility. Understanding battery storage, renewable energy and grid connection technology Experience in the production and testing of technical documentation (current schedules, SLDs, location plans), as well as in handling CAD tools Know-how in certification & technical connection planning (e.g. VDE-AR-N 4110) and regulatory requirements of network operators Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing, English knowledge is advantageous TREI certificate (TREI) is a plus
