Payroll Accounting Specialist - SAP HR / Payroll (m/f/d)

You support in the timely implementation of the pay bill taking into account all tax, social insurance and employment contractual requirements You're puggling and collecting personal and time management data in the SAP R/3 HR system You are a competent contact person for employees, executives and external bodies (e.g. health insurance companies and authorities) in the case of wage tax and social insurance issues You create and process all relevant certificates, notifications and documents and manage the personal files You coordinate and communicate with external service providers You participate in the optimization and further development of existing HR processes and support in HR projects as well as take over general administrative activities within the framework of personnel management

You have a completed commercial vocational training, ideally with training for the personnel specialist (m/w/d) You have several years of experience in payroll accounting You have good SAP skills (R/3 HR) and very good knowledge of wage billing systems You have profound knowledge of German tax, social security and labour law You have very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing You work structured, carefully and independently and have a strong team and communication skills and a high level of service orientation
