Specialized and disciplined management of the Networks department, including the heat, gas/water supply teams, planning infrastructure and meter/device management Ensuring the operation of the infrastructure to be responsible in compliance with all legal requirements Professionalization, digitization and earnings-oriented orientation of the department Planning, control and monitoring of business processes Head of complex infrastructure and investment projects Budget and Cost Responsibility Participation in readiness services

Insufficient engineering degree or equivalent academic degree as well as leadership experience in energy supply Comprehensive expertise in heat networks, gas infrastructure or water supply Extensive knowledge of the current regulatory framework and in terms of compliance with work regulations and technical standards Safe occurrence of management, authorities, municipalities and political bodies Analytical and strategic thinking as well as results-oriented working Impressive decision-making and enforcement Ability to develop systematic personnel and to identify and promote individual potentials
