Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Your duties As a construction manager (m/w/d) you will ensure that everything is assembled at our construction sites. You are practitioners, understand construction processes and know what is important in a good execution. In doing so, you coordinate our own employees and subcontractors, keep an eye on dates and quality and solve challenges where You arise: directly at the construction site. You work closely with the responsible project management and independently take over the operational management of your construction sites within clearly defined responsibilities. Overview of your tasks Independent organization, coordination and monitoring of construction sites in the construction and development Reading and understanding of performance directories, plans and execution documents Coordination and leadership of the technicians, specialists and helpers employed Coordination and control of subcontractors Organisation of daily workflows and predictive planning of the construction site Monitoring of quality, dates and professional execution Control and documentation of progress Guided tour of the building diary in Capmo Implementation or participation in measurements and performance determinations Detection of additional or amended services and transfer to project management Coordination with project management, contractors, subcontractors and other project participants Ensuring compliance with safety, safety and quality requirements Cost-conscious and responsible handling of material, equipment and operational resources Early detection of problems in the construction process and independent development of practical solutions

Completed craft training in construction or construction At least 3 years of practical professional experience in building/construction At least 2 years of experience in the building management or a comparable responsible function Good cross-structural understanding in building and development Ability to read and understand performance directories, construction plans and execution documents Experience in building in stock is advantageous Basic knowledge of VOB or Willingness to further develop existing knowledge Good knowledge of German, at least B2 level Class B driving licence, ideally BE Ready to work with digital tools like Capmo Studying is not a prerequisite.
