in full time (38,5 hours/Where.) as a teacher (m/w/d) for youth work support and support young adults under 25 with different educational biographies on their individual learning and development path. Instead of rigid 45-minute units, the learning phases are agilely oriented towards the reality of life and the resilience of the participants. With empathy, pedagogical skills and a resource-oriented attitude, you help young people develop their personal and professional perspectives. Class B driving licence is required. You support the participants (U25) comprehensively in preparing for the external examination, both through technical knowledge placement and methodological training to enable them to successfully complete. You develop, plan and design methods and didactic concepts that are optimally adapted to the needs of the target group. You capture the learning progress of young people carefully and transparently and use these findings to continuously develop your work. You prepare and maintain carefully documentation to ensure the follow-up and quality assurance of professional measures. You pay attention to the conscientious implementation of child and care protection.

You have a recognised apprenticeship (at least 1 state exams or equivalent degree). You have a special educational additional training and already have professional experience in this field.
