Learning Platform System Lead (m/f/d)

You make learning more attractive, simple, relevant and measurable for around 5,000 users in 30 countries. In doing so, you harmonize processes worldwide, use systemic synergies effectively and reduce compliance risks demonstrably. In addition, AI-based features lead to productive use and drive the digital transformation of the learning landscape. This position offers an exciting mix of technical platform responsibility, international cooperation and personal development. You take over the system responsibility for the global learning management system (LMS), secure the stable operation and drive forward an innovative roadmap and continuous development. You implement, optimize and scale learning content, processes and learning solutions and ensure the best possible use of the LMS functionality. You harmonize global processes as well as interfaces, define standards and build the reporting and KPI landscape for business and audit purposes. You work closely with internal departments and external providers, supporting the selection, testing and procurement of training content and tools. You control the security and roles in the LMS, including regular access controls, data protection (including GDPR) and audit-proof documentation. You configure and manage LMS components such as courses, learning content, target groups, assignments, learning paths and learning campaigns. You run agile projects, including request intake, process modeling, backlog control, risk management, stakeholder integration and change management.

Completed studies in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, (economic) informatics or comparable. At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international/multicultural environment. Found experience in implementation, administration and development of global LMS (preferably workday learning), including security/roll models, workflows, reporting as well as SCORM/xAPI, HTML/CSS. Very good knowledge in automation and integrations (HRIS connectors, APIs, data imports/exports) and SSO/SAML/OAuth are preferred. HR technology and talent ecosystem expertise (skill frameworks, career paths). Strong project management and process design and optimization. Embossed ability to translate business requirements into technical/learning-related specifications, solution-oriented, conceptual thinking. Very good communication skills in German and English for cooperation with stakeholders at all levels.
