Technical field service for laboratory and IT systems for the West region (m/f/d)

Implementation and support: Implementation and support of our online services (Order Entry Systems/ DFÜ) to ensure Order creation and inventory transfer at our laboratory customers System integration: implementation of product training and support in the integration of the order entry system and the Remote transmission software to the IT infrastructure of our customers Optimization: Analysis of existing systems and processes for identifying the potential for improvement and implementing optimization measures Customer support: Technical advice and support of our local customers, troubleshooting and adapting the system to individual needs Training and presentations: performance of presentations, workshops and training for our customers' employees to ensure the efficient use of the systems Documentation: Creation of technical documentation, training documents and reports for customers and internal purposes Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems (e.g. laboratory information systems, data acquisition devices, analysis equipment, profile creation)

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of healthcare, computer science, or comparable qualification Experience in technical customer service, preferably in the field of laboratory or IT systems Good knowledge of the installation and configuration of IT networks and software High level of problem-solving competence, customer orientation and communication skills readiness to travel (guide certificate class B required) Self-employed and structured working and team skills Secure knowledge of German in word and writing, English skills are advantageous
