Management, development and further development of offers in the field of child, youth and family aid Close cooperation with the department and overall management Ensuring quality standards and further development and implementation of offers/measures in the management team of the department Participation in personnel and budget planning in close cooperation with the department management Cooperation and representation of interests within and outside the company (assisence in CJD internal bodies, network work regionally and supraregionally) Systematic use of quality management procedures and the introduction of appropriate processes and improvements Networking with cooperation partners, cost-beneficiaries and authorities and ensuring the execution of measures against cost-beneficiaries Employee-oriented personnel management and promotion of team development Participation in the field-related supply development and conception As a guide to the “Children, Youth and Family Assistance” area, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of stationary offers/measures in the management team. You are part of a multi-professional team and work closely in internal and external networks. A special focus is placed on the management and orientation of our offers at the Wolfstein site – in the understanding of our trauma pedagogical standards in stationary child and youth assistance as well as our device-specific protection concept. Complete study of social education, pedagogy, social work, education and social management (M.A.) and a comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of child, youth and family assistance or integration aid desirable Experience in the commercial management of offers as well as in offering-related personnel management Professional experience in the field of management mandatory Trauma pedagogical knowledge desirable Methodology competence in self-, process and project management as well as in moderation and presentation techniques Good MS Office knowledge Funded knowledge of the development of offers Knowledge of Herten's landscape and a very good local networking The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
