Employee receivables management (m/f/d)

The sales law is a contact person within the association on individual legal and fundamental issues when it comes to our sales partners. You independently ensure that open demands are checked and implemented against different sales partners. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. Then get yourself in: Our employees are confidently contacting you because of the realisation of open demands against different sales partners: You check our claims and assemble the necessary documents from our systems. With your expertise, you are responsible for judicial debt management: You commission external lawyers with the enforcement of claims and accompany the judicial procedure. You keep an overview: You monitor the open receivables, payment receipts, close comparisons and repayment agreements, and report defaults to the insolvency administrator and trust insurers.

Dortmund indefinite part 30 hours

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial facilities or as a lawyer. Experience: You were able to gain first professional experience in debt management. Knowledge: You have a basic legal understanding with regard to the German dunning and insolvency law, and ideally have basic knowledge in the right of commercial representatives (provisions). Personality: In dealing with your colleagues you are characterized by your open way.
