In your role as a civil engineer in the field of civil engineering (m/w/d), you actively shape the municipal infrastructure of tomorrow. You plan projects to HOAI and accompany them from the first sketches to the final implementation. Your tasks are versatile: you collect and analyze existing road and channel systems, develop sophisticated design and execution planning and coordinate closely with clients, suppliers and authorities. You always have a look at the costs, and you will start with cost estimates and calculations that can be used as the basis for the project decision. Planning of civil engineering projects Creation of design and execution plans for transport and channel construction projects incl. Mass determination. Call for tenders and awards elaboration of lists of services, offerings and participation in procurement procedures. Construction monitoring & project control Accompanying the construction design on site – including quality control, time tracking, scale, billing and documentation.

completed studies in civil engineering (FH/uni) or comparable qualification; alternative: qualification as a construction technician with relevant experience. Civil engineering: Very good knowledge and experience in transport and road construction, sewerage and infrastructure planning. Ability to create design and execution plans and performance directories. HOAI / performance phases & award: experience/ knowledge of the performance phases according to HOAI or comparable planning processes. Ability to evaluate offers, accompany procurement procedures. Construction management & construction monitoring: willingness and competence to accompany construction designs on site: scale, quality control, time tracking, billing, documentation. Project and Cost Management: Ability to calculate costs and quantities to create cost estimates and to evaluate them economically. Responsibility for budget management and sustainable planning. Software / EDV-Kennts: Secure handling of MS-Office, CAD and ideally further civil engineering/measurement tools. Self-initiative & self-management: independent working, organisational capacity, sense of responsibility and high commitment. Teamability & Communication: Good coordination and coordination with clients, suppliers, authorities and colleagues.
