We are now looking for a contract manager (w/m/d) with experience in Faktura and receivable management in full time at the Berlin site. Total responsibility for the process of creating and processing the service contracts for all customer segments, the request or Start of performance up to invoicing and communication to the interfaces Responsible for the audit and collection of contracts in the ERP system Central contact for the branches and key account customers Individual adjustment of the existing (frame) contracts per customer in cooperation with the key account and internal commercial examination, testing of special solutions and their technical implementation Monitoring and processing of price increases and price adjustments of contracts Creation and maintenance of evaluations and overviews on the state of the contract for the specialist departments and management – creation of the flat-rate and special-purpose performance faktura in coordination with the operatives Debitor and Mahn Support

A completed vocational training: Kauffrau/Kaufmann in office management or a study in the field of BWL or similar qualifications and/or multiannual professional experience in contract management You are safe and experienced in dealing with current MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, ERP or SAP system desirable Professional, independent and reliable operation, a pronounced organisational skill and a good assessment of the practical impact of contract design Teamability, Enforcement and Communicative Competence very good knowledge of German in word and writing
