You are responsible for the motivation, planning and further development of employees. You analyze training needs and promote the professional development of the team. You make sure that the productivity of the area remains within the budget. Finance & performance You are responsible for the economic achievement of your area and control relevant key figures. You bear the financial responsibility (Profit & Loss) for the Airfreight area in close cooperation with station and product management. You make sure that open demands are promptly requested. Customer management You enter the most important customers in your area and are the central contact for escalation. You continuously ensure high service and quality standards. You coordinate operational sales and work closely with station and product line. Operational quality management You monitor operational processes and performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement.
