The non-profit GmbH of the Project Association has been engaged for 50 years in the field of assistance for mentally ill and socially disadvantaged people, with the aim of broadly integrating and integrating the affected persons. We operate more than 30 facilities in all areas of social psychiatric care. In addition to a wide range of outpatient facilities, such as social and Gerontopsychiatric services, prey individual dwellings and day-to-day facilities, we offer in several locations both outpatient and stationary housing facilities for different target groups and supply needs. We are now looking for a crisis service psychiatry and our social psychiatric service girl West in Munich Pasing Projektleiter (m/w) Senior Consultant (m/d) or Education (m/d) (or comparable qualification) with 24.6 hours a week for the first time to be represented by the end of 2027. The Social Psychiatric Service Munich-West is an outpatient consultancy for people with mental illnesses and people in mental crises, as well as their relatives and contact persons of the personal environment. The tasks include prevention, social, psychiatric and psychological counselling, prospective, accompanying or follow-up support in the social environment and crisis intervention.

Social pedagogical advice on the spot and care of mentally ill people, assistance in managing disease and improving social skills, and support in all areas of life Crisis intervention in the SpDi and crisis service Explanation of the crisis situation and consultation of affected persons and reference persons on site Initiation of further assistance (e.g. stationary accommodation)
