You cause us: You create market and occupancy value assessments as well as pre-assessments for residential and commercial objects based on BelWertV and carry out object visits. You check existing and external value assessments and ensure that You meet the high quality requirements. You are the contact person and resolution agency for expert opinions created by external experts. You monitor the results of the real estate market monitoring and observe the real estate market in the business area in order to derive measures such as updating indicative values and comparative values. As a specialist reviewer, you contribute significantly to ensuring that we can always rely on expert knowledge and current market trends in real estate assessment. With your experience and expertise, you continuously develop new framework conditions and tools for optimizing and simplifying our assessment processes. Your work ensures the quality and precision of the real estate assessments and thus actively contribute to sound decisions and a successful market strategy.

This will bring you You are certified to HypZert. You have several years of experience in real estate assessment. You also have knowledge of the regional real estate market. You have an independent way of working and can organize yourself and your workplace well. You have solid computer technology knowledge, ideally in agree 21. You have fun working independently and describe yourself as a teamable and flexible.
