In close cooperation with executives, you define job profiles, create target group specific job advertisements and select suitable recruiting channels. You take over the system-based candidate management in our ATS TalentLink and are responsible for professional candidate communication. You perform structured pre-selections (e.g. telephone interviews) and ensure a qualified selection of suitable candidates. You control specialist areas and applicants through the entire recruiting process and provide an excellent candidate experience. You are central to all internal and external topics related to recruiting and talent acquisition.

Complete studies, e.g. economics, psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on staff. At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, talent Acquisition Specialist or personal adviser, preferably in a technically shaped environment. Experience in the target group-specific address of specialists, technicians and engineers. Knowledge of modern recruiting methods, interview techniques and selection methods. Impressed communication strength, service orientation and consulting competence. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with applicant management systems.
