Hand direkt von Microsoft Expert:innen Be there from the start and design the new building as well as the smooth operation of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform. Your work sets the foundation for a future-proof and sovereign digital administration You monitor our platform at the Sovereign Cloud Operations Center and ensure smooth network operation so that our services always meet the highest standards For a continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness, you can optimize our processes by optimizing standard work instructions (SOPs), Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs) and Playbooks You are responsible for the efficient troubleshooting and rapid resolving of network problems, as well as the profound root cause analysis to identify and solve basic problems You implement solutions to avoid future incidents You are a contact person for hardware and connection providers to ensure optimal support services

You have at least three years of experience in building and operating network infrastructure, preferably in WAN environments You have several years of experience with network operating systems of different providers (e.g. Junos-Evo, NXOS, IOS-XR) and network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, MACsec, IPsec, 802.1X) You bring multi-year experience in the operation of complex (many locations, many applications, high fluctuating, poorly planned data volumes, high availability) corporate services You have a quick understanding of technological concepts and have already gained first experience in the application, extension and writing of technical principles You can demonstrate certifications in CCNP or JNCIP in optimal cases You have the willingness to work flexible working hours for emergency repairs or system-critical updates before ORT, readiness You have fluent German and English skills Even if you do not fulfill all our wishes, do not hesitate to apply to us, because our employees are getting acquainted with us and opens up various possibilities in our company.
