Responsible for the self-impairment of production facilities and installations of the plant's building and infrastructural technology, with the focus on technical plant components in 3-shift operation To carry out repairs on mechanical parts of the plant with the aim of the quickest possible recovery of plant availability Implementation of maintenance on mechanical parts of the plant and infra-structure technology with the aim of avoiding unplanned shutdowns Developing and implementing improvement measures to improve plant availability and reduce maintenance costs using OpEx methods Continuous compliance with all relevant work and environmental safety regulations and all the provisions of food production relevant to production (HACCP, IFS, ISO); Maintaining and implementing the electrical safety of installations

(m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable Knowledge of production processes Knowledge of food hygiene and food technology Knowledge of pneumatics Knowledge of maintenance and maintenance Experience in stainless steel welding Multiannual practice in inter-layer operation Team skills Safe action even in stress situations Self-employment and self-initiative Handicraft skill
