Together with your team from Human Relations, support our business areas in all strategic personnel topics such as personal marketing, personal controlling, human resources management or management, as well as in the implementation of strategic recruiting targets.

You are passionate about HR topics, Employer Branding and have fun writing? Then you can now introduce yourself as a working student: You support the content team in finding the topics for our career blog as well as in researching trends and best practices so that our content will land on the right target group. You have a passion for writing and independently develop targeted content for our career blog and for external career platforms. Using keyword and competition research, you can identify potential for new articles and optimierst texts, teasers and headlines to be found by search engines. The incorporation of new content and the reworking of existing content into our content management system are also part of your tasks. You are also involved in podcast and video productions both in planning and implementation. You help create reports and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of our content activities.

You need a study in the field of communication, marketing, journalism, media, or a social or spiritual discipline for a work student activity in the content team. You like to express yourself in writing, have a good style of writing and love to develop creative ideas. In addition, you have already gained experience in content management/reaction and content creation. You work carefully and master German Orthography and Grammar. Responsibility, reliability and team skills complete your qualifications.
