Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) features sales, after-sales, marketing and product management of Mercedes-Benz Cars. Our goal is the successful and future-oriented design of the global car sales of Mercedes-Benz, the highest customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of the success of our brands. The enthusiasm of our customers is a comprehensive, lifelong task to deliver the best or nothing. At Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales Operations, we ensure the optimal supply of Mercedes-Benz cars to the global markets by controlling and coordinating the customer-friendly vehicle delivery. We ensure that every vehicle is available in the desired configuration at the right time. This makes it vital to avoid bottlenecks or delivery difficulties. We implement and design market-oriented, innovative and efficient modules for the entire customer order process and operate the necessary systems. In our team we take care of all types of special transport (by truck or air freight) and are contact persons for controlling vehicles that are relevant for certifications or other tests. As an intern*in, you are a valuable team member for us and have the opportunity to contribute to the daily challenges of vehicle control, to shape ideas and concepts and to gain experience in an international environment. These tasks come to you: Support in the coordination and control of vehicle transport to and from the test centres for certification and emission and consumption tests Cooperation in the sales of Mercedes-Benz Cars in the worldwide processing of orders with a focus on market communication Processing of requests for internal process partners Evaluations of vehicle flows Help in optimizing and documenting internal processes Working in (digitalization)projects You can expect that from us: insights into the international sales of Mercedes-Benz Cooperation with various departments such as product management, development, logistics and production Knowing industry experts and working at the Mercedes-Benz headquarters Du culture, esteeming atmosphere and a team of heart and passion Individual support by the team, networking with other interns Flexible working hours incl. mobile work Modern working environment on our new campus V Possibility to use the gym on campus (for students discounted) diverse and attractive lunch offer Experience our vehicles as part of a factory management and possible (accompanied) test drives, free entry to the Mercedes-Benz Museum The mandatory practice can begin from the end of September 2025.

Course in Business Administration/Economics, Logistics Management, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Knowledge of how to use analysis functions in Excel (such as pivot tables) is advantageous German language and written knowledge (at least B2) Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Reliability and operational readiness, structured work in the team Fun in varied activities Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
