Bischoff + Scheck GmbH develops special vehicles. From the Baden Airpark in Rheinmünster south of Karlsruhe, our vehicles are all around the world. In our area we are leading – our premium vehicles are used by the best racing teams of various motorsport series and for the most famous brands. We manufacture special trucks of special kind – from race trailers and motorhomes for formula 1, moto GP etc, via mobile laboratories for medicine and industry, lead stands, promotional vehicles to off-road mobile and much more. Implementation of orders, deadline tracking and ensuring the timely availability of materials Inquiries and price comparisons Verification of order confirmations Accounting (Contact and Release) Supplier search, setup and support, communication with national and international suppliers handling of complaints in close coordination with quality management and suppliers Maintenance of purchase-relevant data and master data maintenance in the ERP system abas Monitoring the availability of articles and materials and stocks Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes Support for the optimization of internal purchasing processes and for projects in the function as abas key user

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Strengthening, Enforcement and Cross-Sector Thinking and Acting Communication strength and negotiation skills Founded computer knowledge, in particular with an ERP system Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, ideally other foreign language skills High motivation and flexibility in a dynamic business environment Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
