Organisational development: Development of a theme-based roadmap to promote organisational development and derivation and implementation of measures focusing on organisational structures Policy and Standards: Developing and implementing company-wide guidelines and standards for efficient organisational development Organisational analysis: implementation of organisational analyses, evaluation of results and identification of potentials for optimising organisational structures Change management: Planning, control and monitoring of structural organisational change measures and processes Target organization: Development of future-oriented organizational target images and derivation of necessary organizational structures and roles together with the respective departments, first with a focus on our Store Support Center Cooperation: Promoting targeted cooperation with other expert teams within the company, such as Group Strategy, Change and Transformation Management

Background: Successfully completed studies in economics, social sciences, psychology or a comparable degree programme Professional experience: Multiannual experience in organisational development, ideally in a consultancy function or in the retail or consumer goods industry Project Management: Found experience in managing complex projects and a strong sense of cooperation with different stakeholders Change management: Practical experience and sound knowledge in the design and monitoring of organisational change processes Communication strength: Sovereign and empathic appearance as well as pronounced communicative skills at all levels Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term organisational strategies
