During your training, you will learn about the structures, processes and processes of our company. You will gain insights into various commercial areas and actively support our teams in the daily business. A special focus of your training is shopping. There you support, among other things, the collection and comparison of offers, orders and communication with suppliers. You will also get to know other business areas, such as marketing & sales, finance & controlling, HR and product management, and gain a comprehensive understanding of business relationships. You develop secure and professional communication in exchange with colleagues, customers, suppliers and business partners. You learn to prioritize tasks, organize independently and work structuredly. During your training, you work with modern digital tools, corporate software and presentation programs and learn their professional work in everyday work. Step by step, you take your own tasks and small projects and are actively involved in operational processes.

You have (always) the middle maturity or the (special) Abitur, but above all, your great personality and your extraordinary readiness and curiosity counts for us. You are interested in economic relationships and operational processes. You impress with your learning zeal and your independent, disciplined and reliable way of working. You don't have a barbarity to go to people and work in a team. You have a good number understanding and you like to work with data and evaluations.
