Part-time daycare assistant (20 hours) (m/f/d)

We, the ITG Hochschulekindergarten Wuppertal e.V., are a dedicated parent initiative with heart that supports up to 35 children aged 4 months to 6 years every day. On 01.08.2026 we are looking for a 'n Kita-Helfer\in (m/w/d) in part-time (20 hours) for our two-group daycare facility. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 13:30.

Your tasks

• Support for educational staff in both groups

• Help in drawing and removing children (shoes, jacket, etc.)

• Provide change wash

• Guided tours and activities on our outdoor area

• Help with preparing events

• Housing support (kitchen)

• Cover breakfast tables, rinse dishes, cover lunch tables, accompany lunch

• After eating tables / chairs clean, sweep, rinse dishes

• Clean food professionally and properly

• In the absence of the cook: if necessary prepare light meal or provide delivered food for the groups

• Further tasks possible
