As a pizza baker: you are an important part of our kitchen team and with your craftsmanship skills, make sure that every pizza will delight our guests. Your tasks include: Preparation and occupancy of our pizzas by recipe and highest quality standards Professional handling of the pizza oven and ensuring a perfect baking result Preparation of the Mise en Place as well as preparation and storage of doughs and ingredients Proper storage and labelling of foodstuffs in compliance with all HACCP guidelines Cleaning and care of your workplace, pizza oven and all work equipment Close cooperation with kitchen and service for a smooth process Support your colleague in everyday kitchens and participation in training and meetings
