Focus PRODUCTS:

• Advantageous care of our guests at Check In & Check Out • Competent implementation/management of the daily routine at the front office • Acceptance and processing of individual and group reservations and the provision and contract creation for room bookings, banquets and conferences • All correspondence • Active sales and advice of guests on the phone and on site • Informing trainees • Cash management and billing

PROFIL**

• completed vocational training as a hotel specialist OR relevant experience • as professional experience as possible at reception/reservation • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Good knowledge of English, possibly other foreign languages • Flexibility, teamability and reliability • maintained external appearance and a friendly appearance
