As a System Engineer / IT Consultant – Omnissa Workspace ONE (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) you are part of our team “Professional Services” in the Middle Region. In this role, you are responsible for the support and comprehensive support of both short-term and long-term IT projects from the presales phase to the development of technical solutions to the implementation and transfer to the company. System Engineer / IT Consultant – Omnissa Workspace ONE (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

They are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of Omnissa Workspace-ONE solutions in customer projects to ensure seamless and secure management of end devices and applications. They understand the requirements of our customers and advise them on proven practices and new technologies in client lifecycle management as well as software deployment to maximize efficiency and performance. They carry out workshops and product training to support customers and administrators in the use of a central management of end devices. They identify and troubleshoot technical problems that can occur when using terminal management and provide continuous technical support. They create technical and conceptual documentation, reports and presentations for our customers and internal teams.

IT-oriented training as a specialist informatics (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for system integration, a study of computer science, business informatics, software engineering, IT management – a cross-entry is also possible with appropriate expertise Multiannual professional experience in implementing and managing Omnissa (former VMware) Workspace ONE. Ideally with appropriate certifications.
