Auditing: You check incoming operating and auxiliary cost accounting of the landlords of our rented objects for factual, computational and contractual accuracy. Rental contract analysis: You match the billing positions with the specific agreements and transfer keys in the respective lease agreements. Accounting: You are configuring and accounting for the additional cost bills as well as the current rental payments in the ERP/booking system. (Navision) Deviation management: You identify errors (e.g. non-repayable administrative costs, wrong keys) and request corrections or refunds from the landlords. Master Data Care: You consistently maintain data relevant to rent and billing as well as advance payments in our system. Communication: You conduct professional correspondence with landlords, house administrations and internal departments in case of disagreements.

Education: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. real estate businessman/wife, tax specialist, office businessman/wife) with sound training or experience in accounting. Professional experience: several years of well-founded experience in real estate accounting, rent accounting or explicitly in the production/examination of complex secondary cost accounting. Knowledge: Good knowledge of rental rights with regard to eligible costs (BetrKV) and a secure understanding of commercial or private lease contracts. Operation: A strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking and a structured and detailed way of working. IT-Skills: Secure handling of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Datev, SAP RE-FX or property-specific software) and very good knowledge in MS Excel.
