Group Accounting and Reporting Specialist

As a specialist:in Group Accounting & Reporting, you are responsible for the creation of parts of the Group annual accounts and quarterly accounts as well as the associated internal and external reports. You work closely with auditors:inside and other central business areas. You advise and advise subsidiaries on all external accounting issues and support specific reporting such as the management report and annex. You also work on projects in the fields of accounting and process development. You also monitor the development of the HGB and other applied standards. In doing so, you analyse the impact of changes on the Group's consolidated financial statements as well as legal reports such as the management report and you also coordinate implementation in the Groups. Complex balance sheet items on specific priorities and consolidation are processed by yourself and successfully introduces changes to the consolidated financial statements. In addition, you are driving forward the further development of corporate accounting policies and processes in corporate accounting. You like to take care of the acquisitions and represent the balance-sheet effects in the Group, from due diligence to evaluation, accounting advice and purchase price allocation.

You have a completed degree or a comparable degree. In the field of accounting according to HGB in corporations and according to other standards, you have already gained many years of professional experience. With well-founded knowledge of HGB accounting and extensive commercial process knowledge in the energy industry, you bring valuable knowledge. You can control the common DV programs safely, especially MS Office, SAP/NHB and SAP/BCS. You have knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your work is result-oriented and independent. You are communicative and your team leadership skills as well as your team skills are as strong as your flexibility and efficient self-organization. In addition, you have a good feeling for critical situations, like to go to the ground and do not lose sight even in dynamic times.
