Your new tasks include: Tax advice on the central functions and divisions related to M&A activities (including due diligence, structuring, integration, SPA consultancy), group-internal restructuring in Germany and abroad, as well as internal and external financing (e.g. US Private Placement) The solution of questions related to international tax law in the field of income taxes (German and foreign regulations, incl. Add-on taxes, workshops, workation) Monitoring global legislative changes with regard to their impact on Infineon, the development of recommendations for action and the implementation of countermeasures Tax advice on and optimization of new business models and cooperations with external business partners (e.g. joint ventures) The review of the global corporate structure for tax efficiency, including with regard to source taxes, dividend taxation, digital taxes and additional income tax Defence of tax positions in the International Tax Law under audits Preparation of templates for the Management Board and the Supervisory Board as well as domestic and foreign tax authorities Leading consultants in tax projects The implementation of DAC6 reporting

As a Senior Manager International Tax, you have clear ideas about how innovation contributes to business success. You are also willing to take risks into consideration. Finally, you can quickly establish a trusting, constructive cooperation.

You successfully meet the requirements if you: A completed economic or legal studies or a comparable degree, as well as a successfully completed tax consultant exam, exams as a specialist lawyer for international tax law or a comparable training in Germany or abroad can demonstrate. At least 6 years of consultation (ideally BigFour), in a comparable role in financial management or in the tax department of a multinational company Experience in advising other multinational corporations in the field of national and international tax planning Experience in the field of international M&A transactions (in particular Tax Due Diligence, SPA Tax Advice, structuring & Integration) Very good knowledge in the field of conversion law and conversion tax law as well as of external tax law, corporation tax law and commercial tax law Economic knowledge of the evaluation of tax advantages and disadvantages The impact of tax-planning measures on other functions (e.g. supply chain, value flow, accounting, legal, etc.) preferably possess basic industry knowledge have basic knowledge of company law
