As a branch merchant or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) support the branch management in business management and coordinate planning, controlling and business processes. Responsibility: You bear the overall responsibility for our turnkey construction projects and the profit center. In doing so, you will keep an eye on revenues and fixed costs and, together with the branch manager, ensure the medium and long-term economic success of the branch. Strategic and operational purchasing: You are responsible for the operational purchasing of post-contractor services and consistently develop our strategic purchasing processes and structures. Make risk management active: you are responsible for and controlling a professional risk management. This includes, in particular, guarantee management, liquidity management and credit monitoring of our business partners. to ensure contractual and legal certainty: You actively contribute your expertise to contract design with customers and entrepreneurs and are central contact persons for complex structural issues. Sparring partners at the leadership level: As a commercial stimulus, you advise the branch manager at eye level and provide sound basis for decision-making for strategic points. Leadership and development of teams: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of our multi-member team, consisting of buyers and commercial employees.

You have completed their studies in the field of economic engineering, economics or comparable qualifications. You bring multi-year-old in-depth professional experience with management responsibility in controlling as well as in the purchasing of after-contracting services. You have already led teams professionally and disciplinaryly and understand how to motivate, develop and align employees with common goals. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility shape your working style. You have a well-founded knowledge of the construction processes and contract structures and can safely evaluate them. You work strategically, structured and pay-driven and keep an overview in complex situations. You are always targeted and solution-oriented.
