You are responsible for the technical support and further development of the SAPtotal system in the context of the universities of Mannheim and Freiburg (FI, FI-AA, OpenText-VIM incl. OpenText Archive) and maintain the common university master; SAP trends and updates always keep you in mind. You maintain the SAP modules FI, FI-AA, OpenText-VIM and OpenText-Archiv and develop them as well as the university master. You work closely with module managers and key users, prioritize requirements, optimize end-to-end processes and take into account effects on the different modules. You are independently responsible for the test management during the S/4 migration. You drive the S/4 migration autonomously in the modules assigned to you, control subprojects and inform stakeholders. You ensure stable operation by proactive monitoring, analyze and troubleshoot errors and develop interfaces.
