Administration, care and documentation of the hospital information system Nexus/CGM Process analysis and development of project-related concepts and the establishment of customer-specific adaptations Analysis of fault causes and the development of solutions within the framework of the user support in cooperation with other service units Participation in IT projects Training of users/creation of training concepts Provision of patient billing in the areas of fully-stationary and semi-stationary, inter alia by DRG and PEPP
