Heading and coordinating a multi-professional team Pedagogical direction of the day-structuring promotion of people with disability experience as well as control of occupancy and service planning Support of employees in the determination of competencies and the formation of competencies of participants Cooperation with cost-beneficiaries and exchange with parents and legal advisors Conducting regular service consultations and initiation of personnel development in the team Organisation, implementation and further development of performance and funding processes Care and promotion of the quality management system (QMS) as well as ensuring the safety requirements Participation in the technical and organizational development of the range of services

Founded management experience in a leadership position of integration aid or in a social service provider Enforcement, Liability and Strong Ability to Replace Project Knowledge in the fields of holistic promotion, rehabilitation and care Empathy as well as ability to design and support people Innovation readiness, readiness for training, resilience and organisational skills Safe appearance and very good communication skills Good IT skills The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
