The succession of the management of the A.R.Z. – Ambulantes Rehabilitation Center Nuremberg gGmbH will be sought as of 01.10.2026. As a subsidiary of the Nuremberg Clinic and the German Pension Insurance, the A.R.Z. stands for high-quality outpatient rehabilitation.

The range of services includes Orthopaedics and Accident Surgery, Neurology and Cardiology and is complemented by structured follow-up programs. In addition, the A.R.Z. offers medical services in physiotherapy, ergotherapy and logopedia.

As a facility approved by all cost-beneficiaries, around 80 qualified employees are responsible for the patients at a high level of expertise. A dedicated driving service ensures reliable and patient-oriented care.

Total responsibility for the strategic, structural, organisational and financial management of the A.R.Z. Takeover of earnings, budget and leadership responsibility Strategic and operational responsibility for personnel, including leadership, personnel development and organisational design Continuous further development of the medical-therapeutic performance portfolio (including orthopaedics/infall surgery, neurology, cardiology and medical services) taking into account regulatory and market-related requirements Optimization of structures, processes and supply processes to ensure high-quality and patient-oriented outpatient rehabilitation Negotiations and close cooperation with cost-beneficiaries and ensuring all necessary authorisations and framework conditions Regular reporting to the Supervisory Board and preparation and appointment of the shareholder meetings

Completed university studies in health care, in business administration or a comparable subject or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in a medical rehabilitation facility, with well-founded knowledge of organisational, administrative and economic management as well as employee management Impressed patient, customer and service orientation with the aim of ensuring a high-quality and future-oriented care Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation combined with economic thinking and a pronounced sense of cost and responsibility High communication and network competence, social strength and a secure sense for different personalities and complex decision-making situations
