Structure, leadership and further development of the Product Compliance staff Professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated employees Continuing the development and development of product compliance management Clear prioritization of tasks in the team and ensuring efficient, structured working Conception, control and further development of processes, guidelines and standards to ensure product compliance Determining, evaluating and comprehensible processing of technical-regulative requirements for placing our products on the market in defined markets Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards – nationally and internationally, possibly with the support of external service providers Consultative monitoring of the maintenance and updating of product master data with regard to product-relevant evidence Conception and implementation of internal training on product compliance topics for affected employees and areas Interface to our internal IT development

Dec. Studies ideally with a focus on economic law, economics, engineering or natural sciences or a comparable qualification as an alternative to technical training with corresponding further training in the field of product compliance, product safety or quality management Multiannual experience in product compliance, ideal for commercial or wholesale environments First leadership experience or proven experience in the professional leadership of teams/projects Embossed conceptual and analytical skills Safe handling of inspection bodies and authorities Funded knowledge in project and process management Embossed IT and system affinity as well as very good MS Office skills Very high communication and conflictability as well as sovereign occurrence Impressive enforcement and decision-making
