Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your objects Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted objects Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training as e.g. electronics / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics Heating Air conditioning Sanitation with further education to the technician / master or studies in facility management / technical building equipment / supply technology / heating-air ventilation technology or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the field of facility management ideally with first leadership experience of own employees in various trade unions IT affin - optimal would be good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation German knowledge min. C1 level
