Team Leader (m|w|d) - Global Mobility Assignment Job ID 76461 | Location Heidenheim | Full time or part time Your duties You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Global Mobility Assignments team. You have the responsibility for the timely and correct handling of all shipments of Voith employees worldwide as well as third-country shipments. You are responsible for the timely and correct support for all dispatch-related issues (wage tax law, residence law, social insurance law, labour law) with selected field service deployments in project offerings, project setup and execution of all field service deployments from Voith employees worldwide. The responsibility for the conceptual/strategic further development of international personnel deployment concepts lies with you. You are responsible for the technical advice or Working for Voith specialist departments and HR colleagues (m|w|d) in the other regions for posting projects. You advise and support the development and introduction of directives, regulations and policies in the field of dispatch and field service. You monitor compliance with legal, tariff and operational requirements and regulations. The fault case management/escalation management is also part of your tasks. You are responsible for internal processes, optimize them continuously, drive digitization in the field of global mobility management and create reports and analyses. Your profile You have a successfully completed university degree (preferably with a focus on international human resources management) or completed training with relevant professional experience. You already have several years of professional experience in the field of employee mailing. You bring expertise in tax, social security and labour law with international reference. You have knowledgeable English in word and writing. Further foreign languages are desired. Excellent communication and leadership skills, independent, result-oriented and structured working methods, as well as a pronounced organizational designer are the key features.
