As a customer care manager, you are the voice and the face to our customers – you care for smooth processes, clear communication and a service that delights. Together with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, you contribute to our customers experience design braoring as a reliable and partnering partner. Customer Care Manager (m/w/d) Location: Hybrid / Raum Frankfurt, Germany | Position: Full-time

Customer engagement You are the central contact for our customers and make sure that every request is processed quickly, professionally and with a smile. You answer questions about products, care or installation – precise, friendly and reliable. You build long-term relationships and proactively respond to customer needs before becoming a problem at all. Sales and Business Development You recognize new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to keep track of them. You enter smaller customers autonomously, keep the contact alive and ensure sustainable satisfaction and trust. Order and Logistics Management You accompany customer orders from receipt to delivery – precisely, organized and reliable. You agree with the teams in supply chain and logistics, so that deliveries run smoothly and possible challenges are quickly resolved. You always keep customers and colleagues informed about the order status and thus ensure transparency and confidence. Administrative and System Support You are looking at all relevant data and information in the Business Central system – up to date, clean and comprehensible. You help to simplify processes and introduce your own ideas to make processes even more efficient.

Skills & Experience: Very good English knowledge in word and writing, another language such as French, Spanish or Polish is desirable. Experience in customer service or in a similar role focusing on customer experience and process quality. Strong communication and organizational capabilities as well as the pleasure of actively promoting solutions. Safe handling of Business Central and the popular MS Office applications. Personality Traits Proactive and motivated working with real service ideas. You also keep a cool head and overview in a dynamic environment. Team player with own initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
