Pharma Program Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic programme management: development and implementation of program strategies for selected pharmaceutical companies and therapy areas. Brand management: positioning and control of the supervised programs incl. Communication strategy, market analysis and competition monitoring. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ensuring uniform communication with internal teams, external partners and medical professionals. Key Account Management: Establishment, maintenance and development of relationships with pharmaceutical partners and health professionals. Project & Process Management: Coordination of internal processes and external interfaces. Controlling & Performance Measurement: Monitoring of KPIs, Budget Responsibility and Continuous Optimization of Program Performance.

Complete studies in economics, health economics, natural sciences or comparable fields. Multiannual experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally in key account management, fire management or program management. Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and pronounced communication strength. Experience in dealing with complex stakeholder structures and regulatory requirements. Structured operation, hands-on mentality and team orientation. You have a high IT affinity, good understanding and work quickly into new topics and systems Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
