Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: Specialist (m/w/d) Sales Support & Onboarding, in part or full time, R-103426 Locations: Eschborn, Berlin

You accompany the day-to-day business in sales and are the central contact person for technical questions on process processes, systems and products. For the practical introduction of new sales staff, you create individual onboarding plans and plan hospitations. Depending on the field of application, you carry out side-by-side coaching and mentoring, pass on practical knowledge and are always responsive as mentor. You identify development needs in the team and place them in your leadership so that appropriate measures can be derived from them. You actively participate in the further development of our learning formats and learning culture and introduce your ideas. You support change processes in sales through your professional expertise and support the team as a coach and mentor*in depending on the field of application. You promote the transfer effectiveness of new processes so that You are effectively established in everyday life. In addition, you provide feedback on the appropriate everyday suitability and success.

Professional qualifications: You have experiences in sales-related support or training sessions as well as in coaching support are of advantage. You have basic knowledge of the energy and real estate industry as well as sales-related processes, products and systems. It is characterized by a digital mindset, wherein experience in digital distribution is particularly advantageous.

Excessive qualifications: You have a strong communication skills, team spirit and joy in supporting and accompanying others. You are characterized by your own initiative, organizational talent and a structured way of working. You have fun sharing knowledge, bringing practical examples and driving changes together. The willingness to act as mentorin and professional contactin motivates you. Your hands-on mentality and commitment to improving (onboarding) processes, depending on the focus, make you a valuable team member.
