As Senior Process Consultant (m/w/d) you support the fields of process management and are the language tube of central process management in the organization You organize and run workshops (preparation, execution, refurbishment) or are participants:in project workshops and discuss, model and finalize processes with the department You support the team of central process management in the transformation and construction of a process management organisation and governance As part of the rollout (national / international) you take over the design and implementation of training in process management Identify and implement organizational and technical requirements in process management and manage these in SAP Signavio In doing so, maintain the process manual and implement the conventions systemically

Graduate in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or a related field Professional experience in an advisory function in process management and experience in the implementation of workshops and training Long-standing experience with different moderation techniques, in BPMN 2.0 modeling convention and experience with process management software solutions such as SAP Signavio, ADONIS or ARIS Experience in the project work in process management and in cooperation with IT departments Ideally operating experience from trading, e.g. purchasing, sales or finance Structured, independent, pragmatic and communicative mode of operation German (from C1), good English and safe use of MS Office
