Werkstudent - Communications & Collaboration IT (m/w/d) - REF85003E

We are looking for Tires IT from the 1st. August 2025 a working student (m/w/d) to support our Communications & Collaboration IT team for a period of at least 6 months with a working week of 20 hours. The activity takes place both locally in Hanover and remotely. You support two key strategic initiatives: the introduction of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and the reassessment and technical implementation of the digital internal communication landscape. In close cooperation with IT stakeholders and project leaders, you actively shape how communication and cooperation can be improved in the company – with the aim of increasing transparency, efficiency and commitment at all levels. Tasks Support in the introduction of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Participation in project coordination, communication with stakeholders, documentation as well as test activities in the context of the introduction of a new DAM platform. Participation in the reassessment of internal communication channels Analysis of the current communication landscape in the area of Tires, collection of requirements and support in the development and implementation of a new strategy for improving internal communication. This also includes the technical implementation, e.g. configuration of tools, coordination with IT stakeholders and support for rollout activities. Main tasks Support in IT project coordination and planning Communication with stakeholders and documentation of project progress Participation in tests, training and rollouts Analysis of current communication channels within the Tires organization Collection and evaluation of requirements of different stakeholders Support in the development of a new communication landscape Cooperation with IT teams in system implementation

Profile Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in moderation as well as strong team and collaborative capability German and English language skills in word and writing Interest in topics related to digitalisation and information technology Excellent written and oral expressiveness Highly motivated team player with pleasure in working in an international environment Before sending your application, there are a few things you should think about: We need your current enrollment certificate and your current grade to edit your application.
