Your mission As Facility Manager (m/f/d) Technical, you control and monitor our infrastructure and technical facility services. You develop operating and maintenance concepts for existing and planned objects to ensure their availability and service life. You also tax maintenance and investment projects and take responsibility for appointments and quality. In your role, you plan and dimension media supplies and coordinate interfaces. You are responsible for the selection, commissioning and quality monitoring of external service providers. In addition, you can help to ensure work protection, environmental and plant safety requirements and evaluate climate data to ensure optimal production conditions.

Control and monitoring of all infrastructure and technical facility services development and implementation of operating and maintenance concepts for existing and planned object components; Ensure availability and service life Control of maintenance and investment projects incl. Date and quality responsibility Planning, dimensioning and design of media supplies and interface coordination Selection, assignment, coordination and quality monitoring of external service providers Participation in ensuring occupational safety, environmental and plant safety requirements Evaluation of climate data to ensure optimal production conditions

Complete technical training (engineer FH/TH, technician, master) or comparable qualification in the field of supply technology/ facility management. Multiannual experience in the technical building management of a production site Funded knowledge in home technology (electro, HKLS, process media), project management and contract and supplier management Knowledge of energy management and normative requirements Safe handling of MS Office High process and solution orientation, negotiation strength, enforcement ability and team capability Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
