Technical and organisational management and further development of work preparation Coordination of work preparation in the supply and execution phase Creation and control of construction time, construction phase and construction schedules Development of economic formwork, crane and building logistics concepts including cost determination Coordination of special proposals in cooperation with costing, project and construction management Creation and optimization of construction site setup plans Implementation and further development of LEAN-Construction principles Monitoring of construction processes, dates and progress Optimization of internal processes and professional support of employees Perspective takeover of department management in the framework of the succession regulation

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in work preparation, ideal in construction Experience in coordinating projects and ideally in managing employees Economic thinking and entrepreneurship Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD; Knowledge of ASTA Team Plan and MS Project Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability
